Annual capacity exceeds 10 million units, and single projects of 10,000+ mirrors are planned into the line before the season fills up.
Materials
Material locked with the order
Glass and coating volumes are reserved when the order is confirmed, not drawn from whatever happens to be left on the shelf.
Changes
Late changes handled by batch
Size and process changes are re-planned batch by batch, so the rest of the order keeps moving while one model is corrected.
Cost
Itemised quotation
Base production cost, special process surcharge and transport and insurance are quoted on separate lines, so an upgrade is priced on its own line rather than as a surprise.

Single projects of 10,000+ mirrors are planned routinely, for example hotel guest room mirrors or mall fitting room mirrors. Send the model list and site date and we will confirm the slot.
Can you hold a production slot for a site date?
Yes. The slot is reserved when the order is confirmed and we plan the batch sequence against your installation schedule.
What is included in the quotation?
Base production cost, special process surcharges, and transport and insurance are itemised separately, so a later upgrade is priced on its own line.
Do you provide documents for the project consultant?
CE, RoHS, FCC, CB and ISO 9001 documents are issued with the shipment; UL and SAA can be arranged on request for the destination market.
