Culture

Company Culture — 10+ Years of Mirror Craftsmanship

Culture is easy to print on a wall. It is harder to show in the place where it costs something: how a size list becomes a cutting plan, how a sample gets approved, how a container gets packed. That is the part a buyer can actually check.

Mission

To meet customers’ diverse mirror needs through innovative design and premium service, creating unique value for every client.

Vision

To become the world’s leading mirror manufacturer, setting a benchmark for quality and earning the trust and respect of customers worldwide.

Core values

Three things we refuse to trade away

Stated once, applied everywhere: in how a drawing is quoted, how a defect is handled, and how quickly an email gets answered.

01

Driven by innovation

We challenge conventional thinking — new design concepts, new production technologies and new service models, so the product does not stay the same year after year.

02

Customer-first service

We put the client at the centre: anticipate what the project needs before it is asked for, then respond promptly with support that fits that project rather than a template.

03

Collaborative success

We cooperate across departments and with partners — sales, engineering, the line and the forwarder read the same order file, so nobody is guessing what was agreed.

On the floor

How an order actually moves

Four stages decide whether the mirror that arrives is the mirror you approved. Each one has an owner and a check before it moves on.

01 · Cutting Glass being cut to size at the WOSEN mirror factory

Cutting & edge work

Your size list is turned into a cutting plan. Glass is cut and the edges worked before anything is assembled — the step where a wrong dimension is still cheap to fix.

02 · Tempering Tempering and coating stage in the mirror production process

Tempering & coating

Tempering and coating decide how a mirror behaves under heat, humidity and cleaning. This is where a supplier’s real process shows up years later in the bathroom.

03 · Assembly Finished mirrors being packed for export at the WOSEN factory

Assembly & packing

Frames, backing and — on LED models — drivers and light strips are assembled and checked piece by piece, then packed for glass freight rather than for a warehouse shelf.

04 · Despatch Racked stock and loading area in the WOSEN mirror warehouse

Stock & loading

Repeat orders and stock items are held racked and labelled; mixed containers are loaded in the sequence that keeps the first drop-off at the door.

Tell us the spec — we quote the factory price

Send sizes, frame style, finish and quantity. You get a quotation plus the practical questions that matter: packing, lead time, and which certification the destination market asks for.
